General information about our suggestion and notification system within the CICOM SRL company.

Compliance with legal regulations and internal rules, as well as the principles established in our code of conduct has maximum priority for CICOM SRL. Our company’s success is based on integrity and compliance. In order to meet these standards, it is important to identify the potential deviations of the employees and to stop them. Therefore, we entrusted the Grievance and Gender Committee (GGC) to operate an impartial and confidential Whistleblower System on our behalf. A key pillar of our Whistleblower System is the principle of procedural fairness. It guarantees the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, the persons involved and the employees who contribute to the investigation of violations reported. It also includes providing the possibility of anonymous reporting and communication. We assure you that we do not take steps to identify anonymous whistleblowers, except when they abuse our reporting system. Reprisals of whistleblowers and all persons who contribute to CICOM SRL investigations will not be tolerated. The persons involved are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Investigations will be conducted with the utmost confidentiality. The information will be processed in an independent, impartial, prompt and confidential process.

How do we process your report?

The qualified and experienced colleagues of the Whistleblowing Committee examine each report for possible misconduct committed by a CICOM SRL employee and follow it up systematically. First, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt. The committee then evaluates your report. This includes gathering facts especially from the whistleblower. Only if this initial assessment indicates grounds for suspecting a breach will an investigation be launched by a dedicated investigative unit. Subsequently, the results of the investigation will be evaluated by the committee and appropriate action will be recommended. Information on the status* and outcome of the procedure will be provided to you without undue delay.
